Senior Loan Specialist

RP is seeking an experienced professional to help meet and exceed customer needs as a Senior Loan Specialist. Responsibilities: Process complex loan servicing and liquidation actions through risk analysis and historical data evaluation Conduct financial analysis on distressed loans and determine best course of action to maximize recovery Perform portfolio analysis to determine compliance with organizational procedures, applicable laws, and regulations Coordinate and track multiple projects involving loan collateral disposition Prepare and present reports to senior management; and Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field 7+ years of experience in loan servicing, loan processing or financial operations Experience in major enterprise operating environment Broad knowledge of information operating systems Proficiency with MS Office tools The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship Knowledge in supporting budgeting and capital planning Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree and/or certifications preferred Knowledge of principles, practices and functions related to capital access for American small businesses Experience in developing operating policies, procedures and guidelines Demonstrated initiative in devising new plans for improving business processes and program operations Strong oral and written communication skills Benefits: Health Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental Up to 4% retirement match with 100% vesting Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD & LTD) Company-paid basic life insurance Competitive PTO package RP Professional Services, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
