We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition after collisions or damage, utilizing your expertise in auto body repair, welding, fabrication, and cosmetic restoration.

Duties

• Repair damaged vehicle bodies to manufacturer specifications
• Replace and repair body panels, frames, bumpers, and structural components
• Perform metal finishing, welding, and panel alignment
• Use frame measuring and straightening equipment
• Prepare vehicles for refinishing by sanding, filling, masking, and priming
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with estimators and management to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Experience

• Proven dealership or automotive collision repair experience is highly preferred.
• Strong background in MIG welding, fabrication techniques, welding repair, and automotive structural repair.
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and automotive welding equipment.
• Experience in auto body repair including dent removal, sheet metal work, auto restoration, and cosmetic repairs.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs.
• Prior work as an automotive body technician or mechanic with a focus on collision damage restoration is a plus.
