Forklift Lead
Join our team as a Forklift Lead, where you'll be part of a dynamic environment producing custom-built Straight Trays for wires in manufacturing sites and warehouses. You will lead sit-down forklift operations and oversee material movement across the facility, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead sit-down forklift operations and supervise material movement across the facility.
- Train forklift operators on safety procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate inventory transfers and material staging for production.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in sit-down forklift operations.
- Supervisory skills with 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience in shipping and receiving.
- Warehouse management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to safety and ability to perform equipment inspections.
- Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of warehouse equipment.

Work Environment
Experience a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled, and loud environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with one mandatory Saturday each month. The 2nd shift runs from 4 PM to 12:30 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cartersville, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
