Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate emergency care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 12 months of Emergency Room experience within the last 12 months
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Current ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in emergency care scenarios
