Our organization is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician or Hospitalist to become part of a renowned women's healthcare facility located in Asheville, NC. About the Practice

This practice is comprised of 6 Physicians, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife, and 1 Nurse Practitioner, supported by an exceptional staff. For nearly 30 years, we have been committed to serving women in the Asheville community. All deliveries and gynecological surgical procedures are conducted at Mission Hospital, which features a level 3 NICU, advanced robotics for specialized gynecological surgeries, and the Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) residency program. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to join a family-oriented team that values outstanding patient care and a healthy work-life balance. New physicians entering private practice will receive exceptional mentorship, particularly in minimally invasive surgical techniques such as V-notes, total vaginal hysterectomies, total laparoscopic hysterectomies, and urogyn procedures.

• Each physician enjoys a work schedule of 4 or 4.5 days per week.

• Typical clinic patient volume is around 20 per day.

• Compensation structure based on salary and productivity.
