Participates in efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings. Leads a project team performing a variety of engineering tasks related to the design, development, integration, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems. Applies extensive experience to oversee team effort and provide analyses and assessments of system requirements, processes, and methodologies enabling total system integration and performance while meeting cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
