Location: Faribault, MN
Compensation: $22.00-$28.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00am-3:30pm | Monday-Thursday

• Set up CNC machines by loading tools, fixtures, and materials and ensuring proper calibration
• Load and modify CNC programs to meet required dimensions, tolerances, and specifications
• Operate CNC equipment to perform milling, drilling, and machining operations
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards
• Maintain and replace cutting tools to optimize performance and reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, material defects, and machine malfunctions
• Monitor production processes to maintain workflow and resolve inefficiencies
• Document production data, machine settings, and reports to support tracking and improvements

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machine Operator Role:

• High school diploma required with technical education preferred
• Experience in CNC machine operation, setup, and programming in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in metalworking, tooling, and machining processes
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Ability to operate manual and CNC machines including lathes and mills
• Understanding of G-code and CNC programming fundamentals
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks such as standing and bending
