Collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence. Exposure to a variety of office operations and administrative functions. What’s a typical day as Project Coordinator? You’ll be: Processing a high volume of OPEX invoices related to office operations and third-party vendor services. Managing invoice tracking, validation, and payment processing with a high degree of accuracy. Supporting office operations, including scheduling maintenance and contractors, coordinating IT-related needs, managing badge issuance/access, and procuring office supplies. Assisting with coordination of client meetings and visits, including arranging travel, hotel, and catering. Reporting to local office management and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or administrative support roles (must have). Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills (must have). Are efficient in managing high-volume, transactional work. Are comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new tools quickly. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Are able to work in-office 2-3 days per week as needed, aligning with the local team’s schedule.
