About Us

Lexi Westergard Design is a full-service luxury interior design studio specializing in custom builds, large-scale renovations, and complete furnishings for high-net-worth clients in Arizona and nationwide. We take on a limited number of projects each year and stay closely involved from concept through final installation.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for an experienced designer who can take ownership of projects and produce high-level work from day one, working alongside our principal designer and design team.

What Your Role Looks Like

You'll work across every phase of a project, from pre-planning through install day. Some weeks you'll be deep in sourcing and technical documentation; others you'll be on-site making real-time decisions. You should be as comfortable in a client presentation as you are working through construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop project palettes, concepts, and presentation materials
\n
• Produce construction documents, drawings, and specifications, independently and in coordination with our technical designer
\n
• Source furnishings, finishes, and materials while maintaining accurate specifications
\n
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and trades to keep projects on schedule
\n
• Contribute ideas for custom furnishings, construction details, and studio workflows
\n
• Support installs and client reveals
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 4+ years of residential interior design experience; luxury experience required
\n
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (3+ years preferred)
\n
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D software (3+ years preferred)
\n
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
\n
• Clear, proactive communication, including the confidence to be assertive with vendors and subcontractors
\n
• A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback and creative direction
\n
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
\n
• Located within 30 minutes of our Mesa studio
\n
