DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator to join a dynamic company. This role is responsible for preparing accurate plumbing estimates, managing bid schedules, reviewing drawings/specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers throughout the bidding process. Location: Pineville, NC Pay Range: $85K - $100K Shift: M - F, 7am - 3:30pm Weekly Hours: FT Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Life Insurance, 401k, PTO Responsibilities: Prepare plumbing estimates and bid proposals for commercial projects Review plans, specifications, addenda, and project documents Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope coverage Utilize FastEST/FastPIPE estimating software Track bid results and assist with project turnover to operations Maintain communication with project managers, general contractors, and owners Develop budgets and monitor material pricing trends Qualifications: Experience estimating commercial plumbing projects Proficiency with FastEST/FastPIPE preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of plumbing materials and current market pricing Once you apply, please text "SRPE" to View phone number on click.appcast.io for a faster reply.
