Responsibilities include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Providing routine nursing care according to care plans and supervisor direction Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition Taking and documenting vital signs Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Compassionate and dependable attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment Whether you are an experienced CNA or a newly certified graduate, East Bay Post Acute provides the training and support needed to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.
