Supply Chain ManagerServe as Supply Chain Manager supporting the Plan-to-Stock (PTS) organization of a big biopharma leader. Drive key business readiness activities related to change controls, controlled document revisions, change management, and training. Collaborate cross-functionally with process owners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure activities are completed accurately and on schedule.Manage Plan-to-Stock (PTS) Change Controls from initiation through closure, ensuring completion on scheduleMaintain and update the Change Control tracker, monitoring status and escalating risks or delaysCoordinate PTS document revisions in CDOCS by drafting, updating, and routing SOPs, WIs, and GDEs for review and approvalTrack and facilitate progress of document revisions and ensure thorough follow-up through approvalManage PTS Change Management activities, maintaining change plans and coordinating cross-PTS engagementPrepare stakeholder communications, organize meetings and engagement events, and ensure timely completion of actionsTrack PTS training deliverables, coordinate reviews, consolidate feedback, and help keep training on scheduleProvide operational backup for Change Control, Change Management, document revision, and training coordination as needed to maintain workflow continuityExperience in the pharmaceutical industryHands-on experience with Change Control and/or controlled document processes in a GxP-regulated environmentStrong organizational skills with an ability to coordinate multiple prioritiesPharmaceutical industry experienceHands-on experience with Change Control and/or controlled document processes in a GxP-regulated environmentExposure to SAP S/4HANATrack and manage Change Controls and Change Management plans, engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely completionDraft, revise, and route controlled documents, following up with SMEs, document owners, and reviewersMonitor and coordinate training activities, consolidating feedback and tracking completionProvide operational backup on PTS priorities as neededDoctorate degreeMaster's degree and 2 years of experienceBachelor's degree and 4 years of experienceAssociate's degree and 8 years of experienceHigh school diploma / GED and 10 years of experienceThis posting is for Contingent Worker, not an FTE
