We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow development and FedRAMP instance management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP regulations and standards. Must Have Skills:

• 10+ Yrs of Exp – in software development with a focus on ServiceNow platform development

• 5+ Yrs of Exp –in Hands-on experience with FedRAMP compliance and managing ServiceNow instances in a FedRAMP environment.

• 10 Yrs of Exp –in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.

• 10 Yrs of Exp -in back-end development using languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.

• 10 Yrs of Exp – in database concepts and experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Key Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Development:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, and workflows to meet business requirements.

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow configurations, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the quality and efficiency of developed solutions.

• Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to continually improve development processes.

2. FedRAMP Instance Management:

• Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances in compliance with FedRAMP security requirements and standards.

• Implement and enforce security controls, access management policies, and monitoring procedures to ensure data protection and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.

• Work closely with security teams to remediate findings, implement security patches, and ensure timely resolution of security incidents.

• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on FedRAMP compliance requirements and best practices.

3. Full Stack Development:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models to support application requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on ServiceNow platform development.

• Hands-on experience with FedRAMP compliance and managing ServiceNow instances in a FedRAMP environment.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.

• Experience with back-end development using languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.

• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in ITSM / ITOM / CSM

• Experience with modern web development frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with ITIL principles and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.

• Understanding of federal government contracting processes and regulations.
