Principal Architect

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and drive target state architecture for a modern servicing platform
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Lead architecture strategy around APIs, integrations, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems
• Evaluate servicing technologies and platform capabilities
• Support modernization initiatives involving automation, analytics, and AI
• Guide architectural governance, standards, and technical roadmaps
• Collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and business teams globally
• Help architect highly transactional, enterprise-scale systems with security, scalability, and resiliency in mind

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years of architecture and enterprise software experience
• Strong background within loan servicing, consumer lending, or related financial platforms
• Experience architecting large-scale distributed systems from concept through delivery
• Strong cloud architecture knowledge (AWS and/or Azure)
• Experience with microservices, APIs, integrations, and event-driven architectures
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working closely with product, operations, and executive leadership
• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts and modern modernization strategies is a plus
