TX, counsel, consult, manage, document and refer within the scope of practice of ACSW for clients age six and above. Provide resource and referral information as needed for comprehensive treatment.Assess, determine and provide a full spectrum of psychosocial support programs to children, adults and families.Primary duty requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significanceComplete intake assessments, treatment plans, documentation, progress notes, and case management according to established legal and ethical codes and in compliance with contracting agenciesProvide resource and referral information to clients and link to outside agencies as necessary for comprehensive treatment and document accordinglyProvide crisis intervention services to clients via phone or for walk-ins as neededParticipate as a member of the Case Review Team in reviewing client casesAdhere to the established legal and ethical codes of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and Policy and Procedure Guidelines of the department and agency as well as any contractual requirementsMaintain regular contact with Clinical Supervisor per licensing requirementsParticipate in QA activities and auditsProvide progress updates to outside authorities including but not limited to social services and probation as requiredReview protocols on schedule basisQualificationsMinimumMaster's degree in psychology, social work or related fieldLicense or certified LCSW or LMFTCPR Certification (BLS Child, Infant, Adult)PreferredBilingual English/SpanishRequired Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesExperience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilitiesPay Range$37.00 - $41.00 ASW$45.00 - $50.00 LCSW
