Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Details:

• Location:  Blue Springs, MO
• Position Type: Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students with a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs
• Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and functional abilities within the school setting
• Interpret evaluation results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to discuss findings and support student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute evaluation data to the development of student goals and services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Experience conducting evaluations and writing reports preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
