Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Greer, SC is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week contract position within an inpatient hospital setting. This role requires a pharmacy professional experienced in clinical pharmacy and inpatient hospital pharmacology to support medication management and patient care.

Location:

• Greer, SC

Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour shift within pharmacy hours of 8:30 am to 6:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense inpatient medications, including critical care drips and controlled substances
• Ensure quality assurance compliance in medication delivery and safety
• Utilize Epic electronic health records system for medication orders and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient pharmacotherapy
• Maintain accurate records and manage Omnicell systems (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina pharmacist license
• Minimum of 5 years hospital inpatient pharmacy experience is preferred; candidates with at least 2 years of strong inpatient experience are also considered
• Proficient in Epic electronic health records; experience with Omnicell medication management system is preferred
• Skilled in handling critical care medications, intravenous drips, and controlled substances
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures in clinical pharmacy
