1st Shift CNC Mill Set UP

Orthopedic manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Setup Operator for its 1st shift!

1st Shift CNC Mill Set UP Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $25.00 to $35.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
  • Set up CNC mills for production runs
  • Perform machine setups and changeovers
  • Load tooling and make necessary machine adjustments
  • Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
  • Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions
  • Inspect orthopedic parts for accuracy and quality
  • Troubleshoot machining and setup issues
  • Maintain quality standards throughout production

1st Shift CNC Mill Set UP Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of CNC mill experience required
  • Strong CNC mill setup experience required
  • Blueprint reading experience
  • Knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous precision manufacturing experience preferred
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
