Internal Communications Specialist

To enhance employee engagement and communication effectiveness, the full-time Internal Communications Specialist will develop and execute internal communications across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational culture while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop, write, and edit internal communications, including newsletters, presentations, and leader messaging Execute communication plans and coordinate content schedules to drive employee awareness and engagement Track and report on communication performance to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in corporate communications or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or internal communications, preferably in a large, global organization Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage Experience creating content for multiple internal communication channels Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
