Senior Project Manager - US, Florida - 12-24 Month Contract Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company focused on advanced inhalation and sterile drug delivery technologies, currently investing in a major new manufacturing facility in South Florida to support aggressive commercialization and expansion plans over the next several years. What you'll do: Act as the independent Senior Project Manager / Owner’s Representative for the 140,000 sq ft sterile/inhalation facility build‑out. Report directly into senior executive leadership, likely CEO or VP of Operations. Provide independent oversight of the Construction Manager, construction firm, modular cleanroom vendor, design partners, utilities vendors, and internal stakeholders. Drive project execution from current design/commercial planning stage through construction, commissioning support, and readiness for commercial operations. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline. Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related pharmaceutical/technical degree. Experience delivering large-scale capital projects within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing.
