Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of two years of recent relevant experience License: Active RN license in hand at the time of submission Certifications: BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association Must-Have: - Proficient in Epic - Previous travel experience required - No prior license or background hits Description: Join a dedicated team specializing in post-operative care. The unit focuses on elective surgery and trauma care. Care for orthopedic, spinal, bariatric, and colorectal surgery patients. Monitor telemetry patients with a typical patient ratio of 1:7. Availability for every other weekend and holidays is required. Candidates must be comfortable with patient ratios and responsibilities. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in various nursing skills and procedures. Must possess experience with blood product administration and airway management. Ability to manage post-operative patients and complex care is essential. Collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams to provide optimal patient care is necessary. A strong commitment to quality care and patient safety is expected.
