Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will play a critical part in supporting full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination. Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruiting strategies and identify top talent. Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations throughout the interview process. Audit talent acquisition reports against open requisitions and new hire activity to ensure data accuracy. Meet weekly with hiring managers and business leaders to review open positions, hiring progress, and recruiting priorities. Maintain daily communication with HR Business Partners and business leaders regarding backfills, new positions, and recruiting activity. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ADP Lyric) and other recruiting platforms. Support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects as assigned. Who You Are A proactive recruiter with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience recruiting within the fashion or retail industry preferred. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Lyric preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to recruit for challenging and hard-to-fill positions while partnering directly with executives and senior leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. The pay for this position is: $50.00 per hour.
