RN / LPN Charge Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN/LPN Charge Nurse to become part of our dynamic healthcare team at The Springs of Batesville, a premier Skilled Nursing Facility in Batesville, AR. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our guests around the clock.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and supervision
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding residents' health
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and care coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Qualifications:
Valid Unencumbered Arkansas Nursing License
Current CPR Certification
New graduates welcome!
