Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is seeking an experienced and team-oriented candidate for a part‑time server position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays. Responsibilities Orchestrate the food and beverage service for a station of tables and be the face of the establishment. Develop rapport with guests, and offer a warm, efficient, and thoughtful service. Possess a commanding knowledge and passion about food, wine, spirits, and service in general. Execute the restaurant’s vision and philosophy. Improvise and make impromptu decisions in accordance with the cycle of service and the restaurant’s policies and standards. Requirements At least 4 years fine dining restaurant experience preferred. Creative, team-oriented, and self‑motivated. Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Work well in a fast‑paced high‑volume environment. Attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and time management skills. Moderate physical efforts required: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling, and pushing, lifting weights up to 50 pounds. Working conditions involve noise, heat, changes in temperature, kitchen elements, odors, moisture, etc. May be required to work additional hours as dictated by workload and staffing. Physical Demands Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand and walk. Requires moderate physical efforts: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting weights up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus. Working Conditions Kitchen environment. Noise level in this workplace is usually mild to moderate.
