The role leads complex technical initiatives, establishes reusable engineering patterns, and drives adoption of AI capabilities across multiple products and business workflows. Job DescriptionGuiding architectural decisions related to AI capabilities, agent frameworks, model integration, and evaluation. Driving technical execution across multiple projects. Mentoring engineers and providing technical guidance on AI development and software engineering practices. Influencing technical direction within the team and identifying opportunities for innovation. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience, including AI-enabled applications. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience building and deploying production AI, LLM, or agent-based systems. Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems. Understanding of model evaluation, observability, reliability, and operational best practices. Ability to independently lead significant technical initiatives from concept through delivery.
