What You'll Do
- Perform endodontic procedures for diverse patient cases across multiple clinics
- Collaborate with dental teams to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments
- Support clinic operations and patient flow during scheduled shifts
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development as needed
What You Need
Required:- Active Dental License in Nevada
- Endodontist experience or relevant specialty training
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous float pool or multi-site experience
- Knowledge of current endodontic techniques and tools
About the Assignment This float pool position involves working at two Gentle Dental locations—Green Valley and Charleston—on a rotating schedule. The role offers a minimum of 3 months of consistent work, with potential for extension. You'll provide specialized endodontic care on a flexible schedule, contributing to a reputable and patient-focused dental practice.
