Los Angeles Metro Area | 100% Outpatient | Value-Based Care
$300K+ Total Compensation | 20% Bonus | $20K Sign-On
This is a high-performing primary care opportunity designed for physicians who want exceptional compensation, manageable patient volumes, and a mission-driven care model —without sacrificing work-life balance.
We’re working with an established, value-based healthcare organization serving adult and senior patients across the Los Angeles metro area . The practice emphasizes prevention, chronic disease management, and population health, supported by robust clinical teams and modern systems.
Why This Opportunity Gets Attention- Base compensation of $270K+ , depending on experience
- Annual bonus up to 20% of base
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- 100% outpatient — no nights, no weekends
- 12–16 patients per day
- Strong team-based support (NPs, MAs, health coaches)
