Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room setting.
• Effectively manage patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided using Epic charting system.
• Communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in floating to other UCSF facilities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all infection control and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Current California RN License and BSN required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years CVOR experience required.
• CNOR certification preferred; hybrid OR experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle complex cardiovascular procedures and emergencies.
• Previous charge experience preferred; experience in teaching hospitals required.
