- # Paramedic | Cath Lab | Freeman Bentonville | PRN | Day ShiftApplylocations: Freeman Bentonville Hospitaltime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR112058**Our Mission**To improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.**Schedule:** PRN | Day Shift | 7an-5pm | Call participation is negotiable.**What You'll Do**The Cath Lab Paramedic provides direct patient care and technical support to physicians and the multidisciplinary cardiovascular team during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. Working under the direction of the Medical Director, Registered Nurse, and/or Cath Lab leadership, the paramedic is responsible for assisting with patient preparation, monitoring, emergency response, and procedural support while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality.The Cath Lab Paramedic must possess advanced assessment skills, be proficient in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and demonstrate the ability to rapidly recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies.**Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Graduate of an accredited Paramedic program.* Current state Paramedic licensure/certification.* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.* **Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.****Preferred Requirements*** Minimum of two years of paramedic experience in a high-acuity setting (Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Department, ICU, or Cath Lab).* Experience interpreting cardiac rhythms and recognizing hemodynamic instability.* Experience with invasive monitoring and emergency cardiovascular care.**Freeman Perks and Programs*** For eligible full-time and part-time employees Freeman offers a wide variety of career opportunities, a great work culture and generous benefits, most starting day one!* Health, vision, dental insurance* Retirement with employer match* Wellness program with discounts to Health Insurance or Cash Bonus with Participation* Milestone payments with longevity of employment* Paid time off (PTO) or Flex time off (FTO)* Extended Sick pay3* Disability pay* Learning Center designated only for Freeman Family members* Payroll deduction at different locations such as The Daily Grind, Freeman Gift Shop, Cafeteria, etc.#LI-DNILocation: Bentonville, AR
