Responsibilities Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid‑level and senior client representatives. Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables. Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency. Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities. Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness. Expertise in managing complex ERP projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Problem‑solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery. Required Skill and Experience At least 11 years of SAP engagement and project management experience working with large SAP programs. Must have executed at least 2 end‑to‑end large SAP programs in Program manager roles with hands‑on experience of end‑to‑end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs. The candidate is expected to play the role of Program Manager for S/4 Upgrade & Migration engagements. Experience working closely with C‑Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery. Led engagement planning and budgeting, managed engagement teams, defined deliverable structure and content, facilitated buy‑in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, directed on‑time and quality delivery of work products, managed engagement economics and risk. Led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation. Preferred Skill and Experience Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management. Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs. Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non‑SAP teams – a big plus. Experience with Agile/DevOps and knowledge of Hi‑Tech industry – a big plus. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Professional certification (e.g., PMP) and postgraduate degree desired. Experience in working in Global delivery model – an added advantage. Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies. Strong English verbal and written skills. Strong interpersonal & client‑management skills. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
