Sales Representative

Geographic Responsibilities

• Predominately Houston
• Some travel may be required to West Texas, Dallas, Denver

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to U.S. Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with completion engineers, production engineers, and operational decision-makers with operators located in Houston, in support of all oil regions.
• Open and expand customer accounts with major operators and key independents
• Represent Branton’s gas lift valves, completion packer and downhole tool solutions in offices and field locations, if required.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to align customer demand, forecasting, and inventory planning
• Identify market opportunities and help shape growth strategy
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally

THE IDEAL BACKGROUND

The ideal candidate will likely have:

• Minimum of (5) years gas lift sales experience
• Knowledge of completion packers and fishing tools helpful. 
• Existing relationships with oil companies located in the Houston area.
• Skilled at making formal presentations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and field personnel
• Proven business development ability
• Experience opening new accounts,
• Self-starter and comfortable working independently.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to understand product applications deeply

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 DOE

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is designed for someone who operates well independently.

The position will involve a combination of:

• Customer meetings
• Office visits
• Field interaction
• Occasional travel outside the Houston area. 
• Coordination with leadership and operational teams
