Workforce Management - LEAD Analyst

Infor Workforce Management Lead Analyst (Wfm)

Will provide technical leadership on complex projects around the client's migration from KRONOS to Infor's Workforce Management platform for Scheduling, Time and Attendance, etc. Responsible for multiple phases of a project. Acts as expert in business or functional area. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives.

Education And Experience

• BA/BS degree
• Experience in leading a projects and/or team preferred.
• Certification in Service Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis desired.
• Infor Certification preferred
• Experience in Infor Workforce Management a MUST
  • WFM Time and Attendance
  • WFM Multi-View Scheduling
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite technology (ION), Process Designer, Configuration Console, Landmark Pattern Language, Web Services, Process Automation, Cloverleaf and other Infor tools.
• Groovy language preferred
• Infor Reporting and Birst = Ideal

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to develop technical specifications, assess multiple platforms and levels of complexity, including back-up and recovery controls for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis and hardware/software configurations is required.
• High level of proficiency in ability to problem-solve, to include assessing user needs and determining appropriate systems applications or requirements. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
• Knowledge of user relations, data gathering techniques, and management information systems.
• Ability to lead project teams of programmers and programmer analysts, specifically, to plan/coordinate daily activities, delegate responsibilities and tasks and review work.
