Nurse Practitioner (1849) Pima - Eastside Office - Tucson, AZ 85712 Overview Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: Accredited NP or PA Program Graduate Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Category: APP Description Cardiology APP with Pima Heart and Vascular in Tucson, AZ- Outpatient Clinic Setting Serving the community for 40 years, PIMA Heart and Vascular is the largest independent cardiovascular practice in Arizona and one of the largest independent practices in the country, known for comprehensive cardiovascular services, high-quality outcomes, and strong operational capabilities. Our board-certified and board-eligible physicians specialize in internal medicine, general, interventional, and structural cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery. The Cardiology APP will work independently to deliver competent medical care to an age specific population including adults and geriatric patients primarily in outpatient clinic and alongside an Interventional Cardiologist. This position will complete admission workups and consultations, function as the on-site liaison to directly receive phone calls from staff and provide orders for routine and urgent medical care needs, transfer, or discharge as appropriate and communicate directly with the physician.
