Work Study Student

MAIN FUNCTION:

Assist with various tasks to support the department and organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

** 1. Performs office support tasks such as data entry, filing, making copies, bulk scanning, and other additional tasks as assigned.

2. Is responsible for attending all annual mandatory educational programs as required by position.

3. Employee understands and demonstrates the importance of satisfying the needs of the customer/patient by interacting with him/her in a friendly and caring way, being attentive to the customer's needs, both psychologically and physically, and by taking the initiative to maintain communication with the customer in order to provide a secure and pleasant experience with the Arnot Health.

4. It is understood that this lists typical duties for the classification and is not to be considered inclusive of all duties which may be assigned.

** A.D.A. Essential Functions

EDUCATION:

High school graduate or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

No experience required. Preferably a student in the healthcare field.

CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR) REQUIREMENTS:

Department Specific.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Routine office job.

EXPOSURE CATEGORY:

Category III. Tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. And Category I tasks are not a condition of employment.
