Housekeeping Supervisor

Description Candlewood Suites St. Charles is seeking an additional experienced, organized, and hands-on Bilingual Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. This is a working supervisor position requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to support daily housekeeping operations while maintaining IHG brand standards. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , leads by example, and is passionate about delivering clean, guest-ready rooms and exceptional service. While this position follows a regular work schedule, the successful candidate understands that leadership extends beyond scheduled shifts. The Housekeeping Supervisor is expected to monitor the overall operation of the department, address urgent staffing or operational issues when necessary, and ensure the department continues to meet company and brand standards. This position requires a leader who is comfortable making decisions, coaching employees, and holding team members accountable for attendance, performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures. We are looking for someone who: Takes complete ownership of the housekeeping department. Holds team members accountable while treating everyone with fairness and respect. Leads by example and maintains high-performance standards. Is dependable, organized, and proactive rather than reactive. Communicates effectively with management and other departments.
