Position Summary

The Vice President of Outreach is the visionary leader responsible for expanding the reach, influence, and impact of Sisters in Christ: Women of Purpose, Daughters of Promise. This executive leader develops outreach strategies, cultivates strategic partnerships, and serves as a key ambassador for the organization, helping connect women, churches, ministries, nonprofits, and communities to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for the organization's outreach and community engagement efforts.
• Develop strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations.
• Expand the organization's national visibility and community presence.
• Represent the ministry at outreach events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align outreach initiatives with organizational goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and support outreach team members and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Passion for advancing a Christ-centered mission and empowering women.
• Experience in outreach, community engagement, partnership development, nonprofit leadership, or ministry leadership.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and lead others.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
