This is a high-autonomy assignment in a collaborative, CRNA-only group serving a modern, full-service hospital. Clinical Environment Independent CRNA Practice no anesthesiologist supervision Team: All-CRNA model; supportive group culture and engaged hospital administration Cases Include: General Surgery OB (approx. 5060 deliveries/month) Orthopedics GYN ENT (including healthy peds) Endoscopy Eyes Podiatry Schedule Highlights: Full-time needed Flexible weekday scheduling Optional Home call: 1st call every 6th night Post-call day off typically provided Most cases wrapped by mid-afternoon (add-ons after 3 PM) Compensation & Contract Details Rate: $200$250+/hour depending on commitment, competition, & availability (we represent your best interests & pay the max!)
