as their go-to point of contact Deliver outstanding customer service

and ensuing each guest has a positive experience Efficiently managing appointment confirmations

and adjusting schedules to keep things running smoothly Coordinating financial agreements

and ensuring clarity for guests Maintaining a clear, organized, and inviting office environment

for both the guests and team members Assisting with other tasks as needed
