Machine Maintenance Technician

This gives our employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing valuable skills and growing professionally.What You'll DoPerform daily maintenance checks on lathes, Landis machines, and other machine shop equipment.Monitor and maintain proper oil levels, lubrication systems, and machine operating conditions.Conduct pressure testing on pipe measuring 24 inches and larger.Inspect lifting straps, rigging equipment, and other shop safety devices to ensure safe operation.Remove metal shavings and debris from machines and surrounding work areas.Assist with general housekeeping and organization of the ductile iron shop to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Support machine operators by preparing equipment and maintaining shop readiness.Operate lathe and Landis machines during periods of downtime or when production support is needed.Identify and report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to management.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Ductile Shop area.
