Job Description

• Conduct electrical troubleshooting on systems up to 480V, including 3-phase power, inverters, and related industrial electrical components.
• Carry out mechanical troubleshooting on furnaces, sand blasting machines, conveyor systems, pumps, valves, gas burners, cooling water systems, and tube heat exchangers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation to identify issues and guide repairs.
• Work with robotics equipment, including a Fanuc robot, to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
• Interact with PLC systems (Mitsubishi PLCs) and assist with troubleshooting and minor adjustments when required.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience for entry range of compensation and 5+ years for higher range.
• Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, with the ability to work in a roughly 50/50 or 60/40 electrical-to-mechanical split.
• Hands-on experience performing preventive maintenance and maintenance repair on industrial equipment.
• Willingness to travel for day trips approximately once per month and overnight travel up to 45 times per year.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and repairs safely in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bowling Green, OH.

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

$0 deductable healthcare plan. All benefits including medical, dental vision, disability, life insurance, identity theft etc. is $26/month for employee or $75/month for a whole family. 401k with a company match (50% match up to 6%, 2 year vested)

This is a fully onsite position in Bowling Green,OH.
