AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Role Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life each day. You are the face of the company, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every guest. You love our products, build brand loyalty, and embody our values. Responsibilities Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, adopting a friends‑first mindset. Educate customers about AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels. Adapt quickly between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to complete tasks. Maintain integrity and follow all AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Energetic, people‑oriented, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
