Bank Teller

What You’ll Do Provide professional, friendly service to members during every interaction. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately. Cash checks and verify signatures, identification, and available funds. Prepare and issue cashier’s checks, money orders, travelers’ checks, and other negotiable instruments. Enter and record transactions within the credit union’s systems. Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance. Promote credit union products and services that meet member needs. Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions. Receive and count cash, drafts, and other negotiable items. Prepare cash shipments and deposits. Order and maintain appropriate cash supplies for branch operations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of member information and negotiable instruments. Support branch operations and complete additional duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring High school diploma. Strong customer service skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong math and cash handling abilities. High level of integrity and trustworthiness. Ability to learn credit union products, services, and procedures. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
