Resident Care Supervisor (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living Facility Elan Manatee Assisted Living is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents in a warm and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, working 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a collaborative and respectful setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatment monitoring Assess residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents’ comfort and safety Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed medical records Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies Support a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff Skills and Qualifications Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs Excellent organizational and documentation skills Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM At Elan Manatee Assisted Living, we foster a culture of respect, growth, and compassion.
