Production Associate – Job Description MasterBrand Cabinets is hiring full‑time Production Associates to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role involves assembling or manufacturing cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals, with training provided for all positions. Responsibilities Assemble or manufacture cabinets and components to meet or exceed production goals. Adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and embrace cross‑training to broaden skill set. Promote teamwork and collaboration, ensuring every voice is valued and efforts drive excellence. Prioritize safety, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Demonstrate proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency. Shift Details 1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 7am–5:30pm. Use handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot‑glue guns and power drills. Be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and work overtime as needed. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Previous experience in assembly or a production‑oriented environment preferred. Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lb. Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (up to 10hours).
