Job Description AdventHealth will bring a 60-acre health and wellness campus to Lake Nona in late 2026. This location will offer medical innovations on a campus designed around whole person health with comprehensive services, destination lifestyle programs, and much more that will shape the next generation of health care. Our services include emergency services, urgent care, a wide range of medical specialists (including primary care), lab, imaging, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation. Uses knowledge of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and post‑partum care to create individualized care plans. Assesses needs, modifies care plans, and evaluates patients’ developmental levels and support systems. Identifies teaching opportunities and participates in practice changes from performance improvements. Acts as a liaison between the obstetrical unit and patients, families, and physician office staff, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilizes knowledge of programs for expectant mothers, providing resources, scheduling appointments, and educating on various programs. Conducts pre‑delivery tours and provides information on services and amenities. Triages calls and compiles patient education materials.
