The Fine Jewelry Sales Associate creates welcoming, engaging experiences for customers in store and online. The role combines gracious service, product knowledge, and styling talent to build lasting client relationships and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Create seamless, enjoyable customer experiences and cultivate client relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
- Support merchandising and store operations.
- Follow asset protection standards and maintain secure jewelry cases and merchandise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use register and handheld technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
