Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a local Interior group, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a team supporting commercial office furniture installation projects.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

PeopleLink Staffing is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a leading commercial interiors company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in staying organized and working as part of a team.


Job Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming furniture, materials, and supplies
• Stage products and materials for upcoming installation projects
• Load company vehicles accurately and efficiently for daily deliveries and installations
• Assist with inventory control by organizing and maintaining warehouse stock
• Inspect incoming products for damage and report shortages or discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for installation crews
• Safely operate warehouse equipment while following company safety procedures
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and warehouse inventory
• Support warehouse and installation teams as business needs require

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, material handling, construction, or furniture installation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to safely lift and move office furniture and warehouse materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Professional attitude with a commitment to quality work
• Willingness to learn new equipment and warehouse processes
• Valid driver's license required and must meet company driving insurance requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday
• Frequently lift and move office furniture, equipment, and materials
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Must wear khaki work pants, work boots, and any required personal protective equipment (PPE)
