Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU

• Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in critical condition
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures

Requirements of the RN - PICU

• Active RN licensure in the state of Illinois
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Previous experience in Pediatric Intensive Care preferred
