Housing Stability Case Manager
Community Housing Innovations
Community Housing Innovations (CHI) is seeking a full-time, service-oriented professional to support homeless and housing clients in Riverhead, NY. You will deliver information, referrals, counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy to help clients access stable housing and services. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services and strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus. You will collaborate with DSS and other providers, document progress, and maintain records in #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Housing Innovations
