Job Summary At Azur, we recreate the elegance of France in our cuisine and first‑class service, along with Italian and Spanish flavors, representing the exceptional talent in our kitchen, premium gastronomy and cultural atmosphere so guests consider the Azur experience to be truly magnifique! Our servers’ priorities are to serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional way, making sure the guest is 100% satisfied. The level of service must be consistent with our established standards in every respect. The front server will work in close cooperation with the team in every aspect of guest service including expediting food orders, delivering food and beverage to the tables, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting in keeping the restaurant service stations, as well as other functions indicated by management. It is a very important function for front servers to be knowledgeable about all food and beverage offerings and related service protocol, communicate clearly and be attentive and friendly to all guests. What we are looking for: Experienced, with a minimum of 1+ years in fast‑paced, upscale environment is a plus, but not required Attention to detail and ability to multitask Level‑headed and efficient during high‑volume/pressure situations Hard working and assist other team members Knowledge of health codes and food safety rules Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus but not required. We will train you.
